The Catechism teaches that the Holy Trinity is the central mystery of Christian faith and life (CCC 234). It defines this doctrine as one God in three divine persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who share the exact same divine nature and essence (CCC 253).
The Trinity is not a problem to decipher as much as God is a Gracious Mystery we are permitted to explore.
The Trinity is not a cosmic enigma as much as God offers us a personal invitation to Love Alone.
