Praying a simple “Morning Offering” is an excellent way to launch into every new day.

In contrast say to the Our Father and Hail Mary, there is no universal form for a Morning Offering.  My go-to “Morning Offering” is the formulation created by St. Therese of Lisieux, the Little Flower (d. 1897).

O My God, I ask you for myself and those dear to me the grace to fulfill perfectly Your holy will and to accept for love of You the joys and the sorrows of this passing life so that one day we may be united in heaven for all eternity. Amen.
