Bringing Holy Eucharist to members of our parish who are unable to attend Mass due to long term illness or recovering from hospitalization.
If you are homebound due to a hospitalization, illness or other circumstances and would like to have a Eucharistic Minister visit your home, kindly let us know as soon as possible or please contact us on behalf of another parishioner.
