WHEN

SOULCORE begins Thursday, September 7 at 7:00a in Fellowship Hall and is open to all adults.

LOCATION

We will meet every Thursday at 7:00 am in Fellowship Hall.

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring a mat or towel, water (optional), and an open heart! All are welcome. You do not need to know the rosary to participate. Each session will last 45-55 minutes.

SOULCORE is a movement that combines core strengthening, stretching & functional exercises with the prayers of the rosary; a sensory experience combining candlelight, music, scripture, reflections & movement to nourish body, mind & soul and encourage deeper meditation on the mysteries & virtues of the rosary.
