Jesus said: “Whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never have forgiveness, but is guilty of an everlasting sin”(Mark 3:29).

What is the “everlasting sin” about which Jesus warns?

• It is in some such way declaring God Satan.
• Stridently pronouncing works of God as originals of Satan.
• Actually knowing God and replacing God with Satan.

Note carefully, the “everlasting sin” is not ignorance of God. No less a great lover of God as Paul was terribly mistaken about Jesus before his conversion to Christ.

It is an “everlasting sin” should one know God and utterly denounce and despise God as Satan.
